O!Snap Crowdfunding Campaign

Breach Industries, LLC takes a new spin on crowdfunding by raising funding for a product that has already proven to be successful in small markets in hopes to take it to mass market appeal. Raising money for high volume manufacturing makes the O!Snap Headphone Clip available for branding opportunities and large retail environments while staying low in cost to the end user.

The Original Runners

Runners are one of the oldest known groups of athletes. In ancient times it was simply a way to get from one place to another, once man began to walk upright running followed naturally. The Tarahumara people are renowned for their ability to run long distances, and for being able to maintain their pace for long periods of time.

Float Like A Butterfly

Of all the swimming strokes that I have learned through the years, the butterfly is my least favorite. It’s awkward, very hard to master, and I’m not at all good at it, therefore I hate it. If you watch a swimmer who does it well, the butterfly is beautiful to watch, and they make it look deceptively easy. One of the keys to a good butterfly stroke is a strong and perfectly synchronized dolphin kick. This is, like so many other things, much easier said than done. There are specific drills that you can do to improve your kick, and make you a stronger swimmer overall.

Kick It Up A Notch

Has your workout routine become, well, routine? If you miss that feeling that you used to have after a workout, pleasantly tired with that little tingle in your muscles, switch things up a little. Any workout is better than none, but if you want to keep improving yourself you need to keep challenging your muscles. Making your workout more interesting and beneficial to your body may just take a few small changes.

Who’s Responsible for Race Cancellations?

There is very heated controversy about who is ultimately responsible for race cancellations due to high temperatures. Veteran runners tend to blame inexperienced and unprepared runners for the cautious approach to heat that many of the race directors are taking, and in some cases this may be true. More people than ever are competing in marathons, and not all of them are training properly. A properly trained athlete can compete safely in conditions that shouldn’t even be attempted by an amateur runner.
